Hotel Driver - 4 Star Hotel - Jersey - £24 960 - Accommodation Can be Provided - 48 Hours a Week - Shift Pattern 8am - 4pm & 1pm - 9pm 

A position has come available for an experienced driver to work at this four star hotel on the island of Guernsey

Main functions as Hotel Driver:

To assist and ensure the transport department is run efficiently from day to day, ensuring customer expectations are consistently exceeded.

 To assist with the transfer of hotel residents to and from Jersey airport, daily schedule transfer to St Helier town and evening transfers to local restaurants 

To assist in keeping the fleet cars and company mini bus in pristine condition at all times whilst striving to assist in achieving the objectives of the department and goals of the Hotel.

 Main Duties as Hotel Driver:

  •  Day to day running of the transport department.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with the transfer of hotel residents to and from Jersey airport on a day to day basis.
  • Assist with the transfer of hotel residents in the evenings to local restaurants.
  • Assist with the transfer of hotel residents to St Helier Town on a daily schedule.
  • Assist in maintaining and presenting the company fleet of vehicles to the highest possible standard.
  • Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service at all times.
  • Ensure company vehicles are kept clean, tidy and safe, meeting relevant road standard safety guidelines.
  • Being in public view whilst driving it is essential you act as an ambassador for the company at all times.

Employment Requirements as Hotel Driver:

  • A good communicator and a calm manner.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Valid UK driving licence, covering up to D1 classification.
  • No pending driving penalties
  • Excellent personal presentation.
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • I.T literate
  • Good standard of numeracy.
  • Previous experience in customer service / concierge service / hospitality
