My client hotel in Nottingham and they are now looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to lead and motivate their Front Office team

As a Front Office Manager you will be responsible for the efficient and effective performance of the reception team. Whilst pro-actively performing your duties as Front Office Manager you will be giving quality service to both internal and external customers.

As a Front Office Manager main duties include:

  • Check that room allocation and upgrades are conducted proficiently taking care of owners club, corporate and regular guests, VIPs
  • Promote company referrals
  • Ensure guests are welcomed and receive a outstanding level of customer service
  • Ad-hoc administration duties e.g. department timesheets
  • Management and training
  • Liaising with all departments on a daily basis
  • Monitoring revenue figures to ensure targets are met

To be considered for Front Office Manager the ideal candidate will have the following:

  • At least 1 years experience within a Hotel Front of House management position.
  • You will have a ‘can do’ attitude
  • You will be continuously seeking ways to improve on customer service and standards surrounding the reception.
  • You should be passionate in delivering first class customer service every time
