Front Office Manager - Central London Modern Hotel - To £40,000

Our client is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager who has had proven track record of leading a team of staff while ensuring excellent customer service for this beautiful property in Central London.

As Front of House Manager will include:

  • Managing the Front of House department and ensuring operational excellence for all areas of the hotel
  • Leading, motivating and coaching the front office team to ensure the hotel standards are delivered to meet customer satisfaction and audit targets
  • Duty management shifts
  • To exceed the departmental targets
  • To identify new opportunities in order to increase profit contributions and cost control
  • Actively participate in any revenue and sales activities operated by head office plus any specific operational activities
  • Recruiting and training new staff
  • Dealing with guest enquiries and resolving customer complaints
  • Preparing Risk Assessments

Our client is offering a competitive salary for the right Front of House Manager and you need to enjoy working and dealing with the public as well as being part of a team, have a confident, pleasant and articulate manner. Be able to stay calm under pressure and remain courteous when dealing with difficult situations

The ideal Front Office Manager will be in a similar role and ideally come from a big volume property and have a strong proven record of running a busy Front Office Department.
