My client hotel is a carefully restored country house and is just 12 miles from the centre of Londonand within easy reach of Heathrow. It is set in over 40 acres of beautiful gardens and woodlands. with elegant rooms, housed in both the main hotel and lodge, a 2 AA rosette restaurant serving their own seasonal produce. This is the perfect British country retreat in North West London.

They are now looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to ensure the smooth running of the reception to the highest possible standard. 

As Front of House Manager, you will manage the reception and reservation systems efficiently, including use of the internet booking system, and to pro-actively ensure maximum occupancy and rate levels.

Other duties include:

  • You will promote Front Office products across all relevant sales medium.
  • You will create effective system for retention of clients.
  • As Front Office Manager you will identify potential clients and instigate contact with potential clients.
  • You will ensure that at all times guests receive exceptional service from the Front Office and any other department they may require.
  • As Front Office Manager you will supervise the reception team on a day-to-day basis.
  •  You will ensure the reception team is appropriately trained and skilled and to monitor their performance.
  • As Front Office Manger you will liaise closely with the Accounts Department regarding the sales ledger and to assist with credit control.
  • As Front Office Manager you will ensure all necessary security checks are made and the daily cash and card reconciliations are implemented correctly.
