My clients fantastic 5* Hotel in the Buckinghamshire has a new and exciting opportunity for a Conference and Banqueting Manager to join the team.

We need somebody who has exposure working within Conference and Banqueting with a passion for great service. The Conference & Banqueting Manager will be running the day to day operational requirements for all meetings and events taking place, including weddings, dinners and corporate events.

Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager the Conference & Banqueting Manager will be responsible for:

•Ensuring the smooth running on all conference and banqueting business within the property

•Motivate, train and develop the conference and banqueting team

•Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction

•Nurture business and develop future sales opportunities

•Recruitment of team members

•Work closely with the F&B Manager and F&B team and senior management team to generate results

The ideal Conference & Banqueting Manager will have considerable hospitality management experience. This is a large operation so being a hands on manager is essential.
