We are currently recruiting for this stunning 4 Red Star, 4 rosette hotel, they are looking for an Restaurant Manager with passion, experience and the highest of standards, it would ideally be suited to someone in a similar role. 

The successful Restaurant Manager will receive:

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager is a very important position within the management team of the Hotel. It’s a hands on, customer facing role, other responsibilities will include:

Managing the Restaurant and all F&B outlets

Commercial responsibility for all F&B outlets

  • Managing and leading a team of 15
  • In depth knowledge of the menu
  • Looking after guests and their needs 

To be successful for this role a minimum of 3 Rosette experience is required and have worked in a hotel of a similar rating.
