DUTY MANAGER £23,400 – INVERNESS, SCOTLAND, 5* LUXURY BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Duty Manager required: Glow, not glitter, quality, not quantity. This discreet boutique hotel, bar and restaurant offers 5 star luxury in the heart of Inverness - an invitation to come and indulge.

They are looking for a Duty Manager to join this impressive 5* hotel who has passion, flair and ambition. Boasting 2 rosettes this wonderful hotel is seeking a Duty Manager to assist the senior management team in the organisation and running of the hotel.

The successful head Duty Manager will receive:

Duty Manager duties will include:

·To assist in all departments of the hotel as required

·Proficient in all departments and in particular F&B

·Knowledge of all services provided by the hotel

·Supervise and lead the team

·Training and motivation for all staff

·To ensure that guests’ names and their correct titles are used at all times.

·Serving guests as and when needed

·To resolve and report all comments/complaints/problems

To be successful for this role you will need to have a solid background in a good quality 4 or 5 star hotel, minimum experience to a 2 Rosette level is essential, and have worked in a similar role.
