Food & Beverage Manager – Exciting opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join this beautiful Oxford city centre 5 * Hotel, they are about to undergo an exciting refurbishment which makes it a great time to join the team and launch their new image!

The successful F&B manager will receive:

·Competitive salary of £45,000 per annum

Reporting directly to the General Manager the F&B Manager will be responsible for:

·Overall responsibility of the Restaurant, 2 Bars, Lounge, room service and C&B facilities for up to 400 covers with all department heads reporting in to them.

· Menu planning

·Working to budgets and targets

·Ensuring guest and employee satisfaction

·Leading the F&B team

·Planning and forecasting future sales and revenue opportunities

·The ability to process and turn a department round

The ideal Food & Beverage manager will need to have previous large scale F&B hotel management experience in a similar role and would ideally be used to working in a hands on busy role. This is a sought after position with plenty of room for progression.
