Duty Manger position:

Duty Manager required for this exclusive 5* 3 Rosette awarded, small but luxurious hotel Based in High-Blantyre with its accessible transport links and only 30 minutes from Glasgow

The successful Duty Manager will receive:

Reporting directly to the General Manager the Duty Manager will be responsible for:

·Covering all aspects of the hotel in a management capacity

·Hands on attitude in all departments

·Assisting all head of departments

·Working to budgets and targets

·Ensuring guest and employee satisfaction

·Leading, training and progressing the team

·Planning and forecasting future sales and revenue opportunities

·Delivering impeccable service

The ideal Duty Manager will need to have previous 4/5* hotel management experience in a similar role or ready for the next step up and would ideally be well versed in providing a high end service. This is a sought after, high end property with plenty of room for progression.
