Restaurant Manager – Exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join this 4* high end Hotel in Guernsey. They are looking for someone with flair and the highest of standards to progress their 3 restaurants.

The successful Restaurant manager will receive:

·Competitive salary of £27,000 per annum

Reporting directly to the F&B Manager the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for:

·Overall responsibility of the Restaurant,

·Menu planning

·Working to budgets and targets

·Ensuring guest and employee satisfaction

·Leading the restaurant team

·Planning and forecasting future sales and revenue opportunities

·Staff training, recruitment and selection

The ideal Restaurant manager will need to have previous large management experience in a similar role and would ideally be used to working in a hands on busy role. This is a sought after position with plenty of room for progression.
