Restaurant Manager – We are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Manager for this busy brasserie-style restaurant within a 4* hotel based in the Royal town of Windsor.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join this beautiful Hotel overlooking the Thames

Reporting directly to the F&B Manager the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the smooth & efficient operation of the all-day dining Brasserie restaurant
  • Leading the team, through a hands-on approach, demonstrating, training, coaching & motivating them to deliver a first class customer experience.
  • Ensuring that SOP’s are agreed, employees trained and their performance regularly reviewed to ensure consistent standards.
  • Working with the Head Chef & F & B Manager to provide consistently high quality food and beverages.
  • Demonstrating good upselling techniques in order to achieve departmental financial targets
  • Ensuring the food and beverage areas are well maintained and meet all health and safety regulations.
  • Duty Management on rota as required

The ideal Food & Beverage manager will need to have previous 4* F&B hotel management experience in a similar role and would ideally be used to working in a hands-on busy role.
