Food & Beverage Manager – We are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an F&B Manager within a 4* hotel based in the Royal town of Windsor.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi outlet Food & Beverage Manager to join this beautiful Hotel overlooking the Thames

The successful F&B manager will receive:

Reporting directly to the General Manager the F&B Manager will be responsible for:

·Overall responsibility of the multi outlet F&B Division

·Menu planning

·Working to budgets and targets

·Ensuring guest and employee satisfaction

·Leading the F&B team

·Planning and forecasting future sales and revenue opportunities

·The ability to process and turn a department round

The ideal Food & Beverage manager will need to have previous 4* F&B hotel management experience in a similar role and would ideally be used to working in a hands on busy role.
