MAINTENANCE MANAGER – £35,000 – WINDSOR

Maintenance Manager:Located in the beautiful setting of the prestigious town of Windsor, with excellent transport links into London, this beautiful Old Hotel is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to look after this stunning building, experience with a listed building would be an advantage for this exciting role.

Reporting directly to the General Manager the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Organising the overall operation of the maintenance department
  • Dealing with all maintenance requests promptly
  • Attending to maintenance requests from other departments as and when required.
  • Liaising with the General Manager
  • Carrying out preventative maintenance inspection programmes in preparation of all Health & Safety Auditing
  • Ensuring hotel is compliant with statutory legislation
  • Recruit, coach and develop the team
  • Experience using TNA Wizard would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given

The ideal Maintenance manager will need to have previous experience at hotel management level, ideally with an understanding of a listed buildings restrictions. This is a sought after position with plenty of room for progression.
