Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager – This beautiful 30 bedroom Hotel is situated in a quiet hamlet of Hertfordshire, it dates back to the 15th century and boasts 4 acres with stunning views across the rolling Hertfordshire countryside. This new role has been created as after a recent conversion the Hotels C&B department has increased in popularity and they now need an assistant conference & banqueting Manager to assist the manager in this new venture.

The successful Assistant C & B Manager will receive:

Reporting directly to the C&B Manager, the Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·Overseeing the many functions, conferences and banqueting events

·Leading an motivating your team

·To demonstrate high levels of leadership and professionalism at all times

·To effectively manage the time and productivity of yourself and your team

To be considered for the position you will have:

·Previous C & B supervisory experience.

·Strong communication skills.

·The ability to supervise team members ensuring they deliver consistent quality of service
