CONFERENCE & BANQUETING MANAGER - £35,000 – HOOK – TEMPORARY LIVE IN

Conference & Banqueting Manager - We are currently recruiting for a Conference and Banqueting manager for an exquisite 4 Red Star Hotel which is a thriving venue. It is set in 70 acres of Hampshire county side laid out as historic gardens and parkland.

This wonderful hotel is seeking a C & B manager who has the knowledge and flair to provide an outstanding level of service.

The successful C & B Manager will receive:

Reporting directly to the Deputy General Manager, the Conference & Banqueting Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the many functions, conferences and banqueting events
  • Leading an motivating your team
  • To demonstrate high levels of leadership and professionalism at all times
  • To effectively manage the time and productivity of yourself and your team

To be considered for the position you will have:

  • Previous C & B management experience at 4* level
  • Multiple function management
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The ability to supervise team members ensuring they deliver consistent quality of service
  • A strong understanding of the high standards that are demanded from a 4 red Star establishment.
