DEPUTY RESTAURANT MANAGER - £25,000 – HOOK

                                                           

Deputy Restaurant Manager - We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Restaurant manager for an exquisite 4 Red Star luxury country House Hotel. It's set in 70 acres of Hampshire Countyside historic gardens and parkland this wonderful hotel is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager who has the knowledge and flair to be part of turning 2 Rosettes into 3 Rosettes in their prestigious Restaurant.

 

The successful Deputy Restaurant Manager will receive:

Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Restaurant Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

·         Overseeing the Restaurant

·         To build on implementing and improving standards up to 3 Rosette level

·         Leading an motivating your team

·         To demonstrate high levels of leadership and professionalism at all times

·         To effectively manage the time and productivity of yourself and your team

·         Product knowledge

 

To be considered for the position you will have:

 

·         Previous Restaurant Management experience at 4*  2 Rosette level

·         Strong communication skills.

·         The ability to supervise team members ensuring they deliver consistent quality of service

·         A strong understanding of the high standards that are demanded from a 4 red Star establishment.
