Restaurant Manager – We are currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Manager for this 3 * 1 Rosette Hotel, Situated in the heart of the rolling English countryside, far away from the hustle bustle of everyday life but with good transport links.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join this beautiful Hotel on the North shore of Rutland Water

The successful Restaurant Manager will receive:

•A competitive salary of up to £28,000

Reporting directly to the Ops Manager the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the smooth & efficient restaurant operation
  • Managing functions & Events
  • Leading the team, through a hands on approach, demonstrating, training, coaching & motivating them to deliver a first class customer experience.
  • Ensuring that SOP’s are agreed, employees trained and their performance regularly reviewed to ensure consistent standards.
  • Demonstrating good upselling techniques in order to achieve departmental financial targets
  • Ensuring the food and beverage areas are well maintained and meet all health and safety regulations.
  • Duty Management on rota as required

The ideal Restaurant manager will need to have previous Rosette experience in a similar role and would ideally be used to working in a hands on busy environment.
