We are currently recruiting for a beautiful 4 Star hotel based in breath taking surroundings of Jersey, they are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager with passion, experience and the highest of standards, offering help with accommodation and some great perks!

The successful Assistant restaurant Manager will receive:

Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager the Assistant restaurant Manager will be responsible for selling, serving and actively promoting produce within the hotel. Other responsibilities will include:

·Assisting in the day to day management of food and drink service in the restaurant

·Managing the Restaurant team on a day to day basis.

  • Serving food in all outlets within the Hotel
  • Look after guests and their needs
  • Familiarise yourself with menus in all food and beverage outlets in the hotel

To be successful for this role you should have experience and have worked in a hotel of a similar class.
