Bar Manager - This large scale 4* Hotel located in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside is looking for a diverse experienced Bar Manager for their leisure Hotel. You will need to be sales and change driven for this exciting role with a passion for leading and progressing your team with a clear focus on achieving your targets.

The ideal candidate will:


  • Introduce exciting change elements to the 2 Bars
  • Focused on sales and coaching their team to be the best
  • Change management
  • Hands on management
  • Effectively manage the bar team of 20
  • Promote, describe and upsell
  • Have complete understanding of Menu’s at all times
  • Plan, prepare and mix cocktails
  • Prepare drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic
  • Train and develop the bar team


The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar fast paced, large scale environment, with proven sales skills.
