ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER – £22,000 – WORCESTER –LIVE IN

 

Assistant Restaurant Manager – We  currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for this 4 * Hotel,  situated in the heart of the rolling English countryside, far away from the hustle bustle of everyday life but with good transport links.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join this beautiful Hotel located in the Cotswolds

 

The successful Assistant Restaurant Manager will receive:

                    A competitive salary of up to £22,000

                    Live in available

Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for:

 

  • Overseeing the smooth & efficient restaurant operation
  • Managing functions & events
  • Leading the team, through a hands on approach, demonstrating, training, coaching & motivating them to deliver a first class customer experience
  • Demonstrating good upselling techniques in order to achieve departmental financial targets
  • Ensuring the food and beverage areas are well maintained and meet all health and safety regulations.
  • Duty Management on rota as required

 

The ideal Assistant Restaurant manager will need to have previous Bistro experience in a similar role and would ideally be used to working in a hands on busy environment.
