F & B MANAGER £32,000 – LIVE IN AVAILABLE – HAMPSHIRE

Food & Beverage Manager required: We are currently recruiting for a large Hotel, based in Hampshire. Offering live in, they are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager with passion, experience and the highest of standards, it would ideally be suited to a candidate in a similar role.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager as an F&B Manager you will be responsible for staff supervision and training, managing the restaurant service and actively promoting produce within the hotel. Other responsibilities for the Manager will include: 

·         Staff communication and motivation

·         Overseeing payroll

·         Supplying the highest possible level of guest care and service to the guests, internal and external

·         Liaising and co-ordinating with all departments

·         Having a fully understanding of the restaurant food menu, daily specials and beverage stock

·         Upselling and maximising on all potential sales opportunities

 Experience in a similar environment would be an advantage.

 If you have effective communication skills, good attention to detail and are clearly customer focused with a dynamic and flexible approach then this is the job for you.
