Food & Beverage Manager – Our client is now looking for a food & beverage manager for their Beautiful 4* Spa Hotel, busy brasserie restaurant and a thriving function and events department, this is very much a hands on role and would suit an experienced Manager who is ready to take the helm of this successful F&B department.

The successful F&B manager will receive:

·Competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum

·Help with re-location if required

·Training and development

·Being part of a successful vibrant Hotel with a close team

Reporting directly to the Operations manager the F&B Manager will be responsible for:

·The efficient running of the restaurant, functions and bars

·Working to budgets and targets

·Ensuring guest and employee satisfaction

·Leading the F&B team

·Planning and forecasting future sales and revenue opportunities

·Able to lead from the front and adapt to different types of clientele

The ideal food & beverage manager will need to have previous hotel management experience in a similar role, be creative, personable and professional and ideally be used to working in a hands on busy role. This is a sought after position with plenty of room for progression.
