Restaurant Manager – Exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join this beautiful high end 2 Rosette Hotel in Oxford, they are looking to go up to 3 Rosettes and need a strong leader to take them to the next level, which makes it a great time to join the team and be part of their success!

The successful Restaurant manager will receive:

Reporting directly to the F&B Manager the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for:

·Overall responsibility of the fine dining 2 Rosette Restaurant,

·Menu planning

·Working to budgets and targets

·Ensuring guest and employee satisfaction

·Leading the restaurant team

·Planning and forecasting future sales and revenue opportunities

·Staff training, recruitment and development

The ideal Restaurant manager will need to have previous large scale 2 / 3 Rosette management experience in a similar role and would ideally be used to working in a hands on busy role. This is a sought after position with plenty of room for progression.
