DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER – JERSEY - £44,000 –

LIVE IN (OWN FLAT)

A very exciting and rare opportunity has come up on the beautiful Island of Jersey, at a stunning luxury hotel who is looking for a dynamic and driven Deputy General Manager, with a strong focus on F&B and delivering a 5 * Service. This role comes with a 1 bedroom flat.

The hotel is situated in a picturesque location; it is very popular with leisure and family guests.

The successful Deputy General Manager will receive:-

  • A highly competitive basic salary of £44,000

The Deputy General Manager will report directly to the General Manager. Hands-on experience is essential and the ability to provide an excellent customer experience is a must. The ideal candidate must also have experience within:-

  • Operational F&B experience
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Forecasting
  • Recruitment and Training.
  • Delivering an unrivalled customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience working in a similar role or an Operation’s Manager position, within a 4* or 5* Hotel environment.
