Reporting directly to the F&B Manager the Bar & lounge Manager role will include:

  • Managing this busy town centre Bar & Lounge
  • Mixology and Wine knowledge & experience
  • Good presentation with an outgoing personality, A pro-active and can-do attitude with excellent team working skills
  • Ability to work with a flexible rota to ensure payroll efficiency
  • An understanding of team motivation and retention
  • Stock control

The ideal Bar & Lounge Manager will need to have at least 2 years previous experience at 4* Bar management level. This is a sought after position with plenty of room for progression.
