ASSISTANT RESTAURANT & BAR MANAGER -– £21K

Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager: We are currently recruiting for a stunning 4 Star 2 Rosette hotel in Wiltshire, they are looking for a dynamic experienced Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager with passion and the highest of standards, ideally suited to candidates in a similar role.

Reporting directly to the restaurant manager the Assistant Restaurant & Bar manager will be responsible for selling, serving and actively promoting produce within the hotel. Other responsibilities will include:

 

·         Supervising and developing the Restaurant & Bar team

·         Supplying the highest possible level of guest care and service to the guests, internal and external

·         Ensuring that all areas are stocked and ready for operation

·         Having a fully understanding of the restaurant food menu, daily specials and beverage stock

·         Making all guests feel welcome and comfortable

·         Serving and clearing tables

 

Experience in a rosette environment is essential.

 

If you have effective communication skills, good attention to detail and are clearly customer focused with a dynamic and flexible approach then this is the job for you.
