RESTAURANT MANAGER – 4* HOTEL – HARROGATE

Restaurant Manager - This large scale 4* Hotel located in the beautiful Yorkshire country side is looking for a diverse experienced Restaurant Manager for their leisure Hotel, you will need to be sales and change driven for this exciting role with a passion for leading and progressing your team with a clear focus on achieving your targets, offering a great salary, fantastic training and progression with this forward thinking company.

The ideal candidate will:

·Delivery of exceptional food and beverage sales and service standards

·Training & development of food and beverage knowledge and skills

·Be present during service and operational times to lead the team from the front

·To control stock management and work within the budget provided for the department, spending money wisely to support the team and guest experience

·Responsibility for the financial performance of the Restaurant

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar fast paced, large scale environment, with proven sales skills.
