GENERAL MANAGER - HULL - BRANDED HOTEL - £80,000

General Manager - We are currently have an exciting opening for a General Manager based in Humberside. This new opportunity is within a large scale 200 bedrooms, leading branded hotel. Offering some fantastic benefits with a great company this role would suit an energetic and ambitious manager with excellent commercial acumen and a talent for creating a successful branded environment with priority on large scale banqueting.

Responsibilities for this General Manager role include:

  • Operational hands on management of this large branded Hotel and all departments
  • Delivering key metrics
  • Sales & commercial accountability
  • Plan and exceed service delivery in all departments
  • Cost controls
  • Manage and develop HOD`s

To be considered for the position you will have:

  • Current General Management experience in a large branded Hotel
  • Large volume banqueting experience
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Experience in Budgets, proposals and forecasting
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
