COMMIS CHEF - £16,000 + SERVICE CHARGE & TRONC
STRAIGHT SHIFTS (40 HRS) BRIGADE OF 8 CHEFS
FRESH FOOD SERVICE - AFTERNOON TEA
ROOM SERVICE - BAR MENU
VERY BUSY CONFERENCE AND BANQUETING
Serving a mixture of buffet breakfasts, 3 course lunches, fine dining dinner and our exclusive conference and banqueting facilities able to hold up to 200 guests/covers. Supporting the Head Chef, you will be working in the New Kitchen covering all outlets and joining a brigade of 8 Chefs.
Your main responsibilities:
- Support all kitchen operations as required
- Menu input and development
- Working under a multi outlet (Main kitchen) pressure
- Volume and high standard
