Serving a mixture of buffet breakfasts, 3 course lunches, fine dining dinner and our exclusive conference and banqueting facilities able to hold up to 200 guests/covers. Supporting the Head Chef, you will be working in the New Kitchen covering all outlets and joining a brigade of 8 Chefs.

Your main responsibilities:

• Support all kitchen operations as required
• Menu input and development
• Working under a multi outlet (Main kitchen) pressure
• Volume and high standard
