We are now looking for a Pastry Chef to lead and support a small talented team of 3 chefs. The Pastry Chef must be passionate, driven, and creative - having a strong commitment and most importantly be able to lead all sections and the junior chefs (Commis Chef / Apprentice chef) in their training and development, ensuring high standards are kept at all times.

As Pastry Chef you must present yourself well and have proven experience in a fine dining venue (MIN 2 rosette level), be a team player-motivator and have a general willingness to achieve and succeed.
