Towngate Personnel are currently recruiting a CDP for a stunning 100 bedroom four star hotel situated in the heart of Stratford Upon Avon.
The Hotel has an excellent team in place and the sous chef comes from a Michelin star background.
The restaurant proudly boasts 1AA rosette and can serve up to 80 covers for evening service (the restaurant is closed in the day)
Lunch is served in the lounge bar and the hotel can also host weddings and banquets for up to 150 covers. There are 7 function rooms in total.
The shifts in the kitchen are ALL straight. Chefs work from 12 - close or 2 - close. 
The Hotel is also owned by a fantastic company with a portfolio of properties all over the UK meaning there will be plenty of opportunities to progress up the ladder.
Ideal candidates for the role:
  • Will have experience as a Commis, Demi or CDP
  • You will have experience working with fresh food
  • You will have a positive, can do attitude
  • You will be keen and eager to learn and will love working with good quality produce
