Towngate Personel are currently working with a stunning four star Hotel situated in the heart of Stratford Upon Avon. The Hotel has recently undergone a multi million pound refurb and is definitely one of the finest hotels in the area.
 
The restaurant is currently serving up to 80 covers a night in the fine dining, A La Carte Restaurant. Only fresh ingredients are used. There is a team of 6 chefs in the Brigade and all the chefs are encouraged to have input with the menu.
 
The Kitchen is brand new and very well equipped. There are Rational Ovens, Vac Pac Machines, Induction stoves and Thermo Mixers for example.
 
Ideal candidates for the Chef de Partie role:
  • Will have experience as a CDP within a good quality Hotel or Restaurant kitchen
  • You will be passionate about using fresh ingredients
  • You will be keen and eager to learn and progress
  • You will show stability on your CV with clear career progression
  • You will have an exceptional eye for detail
 
Typical duties will include:
  • Working on a section as required
  • Ensuring your sections is always clean, tidy and organised
  • Ensuring stock is correctly stored
  • Ensuring wastage is minimized
  • Ensuring all food leaves the kitchen to the necessary standard
