I’m looking to speak to quality assistant managers for a premium independent pub group with sites in the Esher and Chobham area. 

This group has 8 properties across the group and pride themselves on premium quality gastro food, in affluent locations, with a full service restaurant service. Similarly there sites are as ideal for a good beer, a glass of wine or a tipple of something stronger, as many of the group’s locations offer excellent garden areas well.

As assistant manager, you’ll be involved in all aspects of running the pub, and be keen to progress up the career ladder within the group.

 Your customer service skills will be of an extremely high standard, you’ll have an excellent knowledge of food, beverage and what it takes to run a good team. You’ll also offer a good understanding in the financial side of the business and be keen to build on this.

The ideal assistant manager will come from a busy fresh food pub/restaurant background, and an understanding of food and beverage is essential to succeed in this position.

In return for your efforts, you’ll be paid an excellent package of up to 32K, alongside a host of other benefits including 50% off your total bill throughout the company’s sites, among others.
